00g of meat of your choice
A pinch of salt and black pepper
50 ml of milk
1 tbsp SNICO sweet ketchup
1 tbsp SNICO mustard full fat
250 ml of water
1 tsp vegeta
Seasoning of your choice
We wrap the salted cutlets in breadcrumbs, which we press well into the meat, soak in a beaten egg with milk and fry vigorously in oil on both sides.
Fold the roasted slices of meat on a baking sheet, pour over a dressing of ketchup, mustard, water and vegeta.
Cover with foil and bake at 150C for about 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for about 5-10 minutes.
We serve with side dish of your choice.
