Linguene pasta - or pasta of your choice
piece of butter
2 handfuls of spinach
A few pieces (approx. 2-3 pieces) of dried tomatoes
2 pl SNICO sweet ketchup
6-8 bigger mushrooms
150 - 200 ml cooking cream
½ up to 1 tsp of salt
½ tsp black pepper art
1 tsp of oregano - or pasta seasoning
1 to 2 cloves garlic
50 - 100g of cheese - or you can omit it
Parsley stem - decoration
We cook selected pasta in salt water, drain.
Melt the butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, later add the spinach, finely chopped garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, fry.
Salt and season the mixture, add cooking cream and sweet SNICO ketchup.
Add grated cheese of your choice.
If you find the sauce too thin, you can add a pinch of flour to thicken (this step is not necessary), thicken as needed.
We serve the sauce on pasta, decorate it with finely chopped parsley.
