Vegan salad with crispy chickpeas

Ingredients

Dressing ingredients:

 

1 tbspe Royal mustard (full-fat or Kremžská)

1 clove of smaller garlic

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon juice (from half lemon)

A few drops of Snico apple cider vinegar - to taste

1 tsp of honey

1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise - any

Water as needed

Ingredients for crunchy chickpeas:

 

1 can of chickpeas

¼ tsp Salt

¼ red pepper

Dried garlic

1-2 tsp of olive oil

Other ingredients:

 

Salad of your choice

Tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, corn, olives, etc. can also be added to the salad to add flavor. - vegetables of your choice.

Mix all the ingredients for the crunchy chickpeas and fry in a pan or oven (approx. 10-20 min) until golden brown.

We mix all the ingredients for the dressing, except for the water, which we add by tablespoon as needed.

Cut the salad of your choice, mix it with the preferred amount of dressing, add crispy chickpeas (or added vegetables) and serve

(If you are preparing chickpeas in the oven, preheat the oven to 180C.)
